This is a 5 story high, New Haven Connecticut, 125 unit luxury condo complex build on Long Island Sound in a 100 year flood plain.  All living units are 15 feet above grade level, with parking below the housing proper.  Tennis courts, pool house and conference facilities are located on the property while boat storage is next door at the local marina.
