I was project manager for this condo complex called Copley Court, consisting of 275 units and located in Westchester County, New York. This brick complex is set atop a hill affording the occupants wonderful vistas and high quality living. Very strict security is in place, yet a feeling of luxury county living prevails the entire building and grounds. High standards of quality comfort were designed into the building from the start of this project. The quick sales of the units as they were built, justified this intelligent approach to modern counrty living in a semi-rural area. (With another architectural firm- Nadler, Philopenia Architects).
