This classic building was totally renovated, inside and out, to accommodate one main client and 2 sub clients. There are shipping and loading dock facilities, conference facilities, offices, cafeteria and storage facilities and the building is fully handicap accessible. I was the project manager while working with Neal Carnow on this well known Westchester County building near the Hudson River.
